专业兴趣对工科大学生职业决策自我效能影响研究

The effect of professional interest on engineering students' career decision-making self efficacy

大学生职业决策自我效能水平影响大学生就业。专业兴趣是大学生职业决策自我效能水平的影响因素之一。以南京农业大学工学院学生为例,从自我评价、收集信息、选择目标、制定规划、问题解决五个方面客观评价专业兴趣对大学生职业决策自我效能水平的影响,并进行统计分析,提出引导大学生增强专业兴趣、提高职业决策自我效能水平的建议。

The self-efficacy of career decision has influence on the employment of college students.Professional interest is one of the factors that impact college students’self-efficacy of career decision.In the present study,taking students from Engi-neer College of Nanjing Agricultural University as an example,the impacts of professional interest on self- efficacy of career were evaluated,including impacts on self evaluation,information collection,target selection,planning and problem solving.The results were statistically analyzed.Based on the results,some suggestions were made to guide students to motivate professional interest and improve self-efficacy of career decision.
