农业、农民、农村三大问题是困扰我国经济发展的主要问题,也是各个发展阶段必须要解决的首要问题。然而我国经济发展中,出现了严峻的城乡失调,区域失调,分配失调的现象,导致了三农问题不仅没有改善,反而更加严重的境况,导致各种利益矛盾纠纷。在这种情况下,政府必须在政策上更多转向农村,在政策扶持和资源利用上,更多的倾向于农村,缩短城乡差距,更好地实现和谐社会所倡导的公平正义。

Agriculture,farmers,rurals are three big problem in China's economic development.There are also the primary issues that must be solved at each stage of development. However,with the economic development,it appeared the seriously ur-ban-rural imbalance,including between the regional and distribution,there are caused the problems not only unimprove,but also appeared more serious,leading to the interests of the various contradictions and disputes.In this case,the government must pay more attention to the countryside,give the policy support and resources used,take more tendency to the rurals,shorten the gap between urban and rural areas,to achieve fairness and j ustice in the the harmonious society better.
