谈教学做一体化在食品微生物学教学中的应用

Application of teaching integration mode in teaching of food microbiology

针对高职食品微生物各种教学方法,阐述食品微生物学教学引入教学做一体化教学模式的必要性,提出实行"基本技能训练→综合性实验→生产实习"的实践教学模式,将校企合作、工学结合、项目驱动为核心的教学做一体化应用于食品微生物学教学,以期能加快推动食品微生物学的教学改革,提高教学效果,提升教学质量。

This paper is directed at the various teaching methods of food microorganism in vocational college,the necessity of food microbiology introduced to “teaching integration mode”is explained. Then put forward practice teaching model of“basic skills training-comprehensive experiments-production practice”and proposed“the university-enterprise cooperation,work-integrated learning,proj ect power”as the core of the teaching integration applied in food microbiology teaching. In order to pro-mote the teaching reform of food microbiology,improve teaching effect and improve the teaching quality.
