摘要
区域活动是幼儿园最基本的游戏活动形式之一,区域活动中教师对儿童的指导是否有效,是以观察和评价儿童的行为为前提的。观察与评价儿童的行为是深入了解儿童的最佳途径,是教师实施有效指导的前提,是形成理解儿童教育观的基础。区域活动过程中,教师常用的观察方法主要有环视法、跟踪法和定点法,教师评价儿童行为的内容包括儿童在活动中是否具有一定的目的性和计划性、是否具有积极性和主动性、是否遵守活动规则、是否能跟同伴交往、是否能克服困难等。
Learning corner is one of the forms of game activities that take place in kindergarten.Observing and evaluating the behaviors of children is the premise of judging whether teachers' instruction to children in learning corner is effective or not.Observing and evaluating children's behaviors is an optimal approach to understand children in depth,is the premise for teachers to implement effective instructions,also is the foundation of forming perception on children and education.In the process of conducting learning corner,the mainly observing approaches adopted by teachers are sweeping around,tracking and point-fixing.The content concerning children's behaviors evaluated by teachers are as follows:whether certain objectives and plans are showed,whether activeness and initiative are presented,whether they can follow the rules of activities,whether they can associate with the peers and whether they can conquer difficulties among children's activities.
