摘要
近年来,一些高校以"规范"教师教学行为为理由,依托行政部门的强势地位对教研室实施了全方位的考核。由于考核对象错位、考核内容一刀切、权责利严重脱节等方面的突出问题,使得考核办法更多地体现了行政化背景下权力的意志、意愿与要求。面对考核,教师们感受最多的不是激励,而是管制、约束与诸多的不合理要求。办法的实施严重损伤了教师的职业自豪感和积极进取精神,妨碍了人才培养质量的改善与提高。坚持以服务教学为宗旨,加快高校去行政化进程,努力校正行政部门的工作理念与服务职能,对于高校未来发展至关重要。
In recent years,some universities have carried out a series of overall assessments of faculty working offices with an excuse of'regulating'teaching performances,based on their authorities administrations.The problems are prominent with the mismatch of those examined,the'one-size-fit-all'assessing items,and disparity between rights,responsibilities and benefits,which by and large demonstrate the wills,wishes and requests of a certain authority in the scene of'administrationization'.The implementation of these methods have severely impaired the teachers' professional pride and dedication.It is vitally important for the universities to insist on the principle of serving the teaching,accelerate the process of reducing'administrationization',and try to rectify the working styles and service functions of administrative departments.
