论高职高专英语教学中创新型教师的角色

The role of creative teachers in higher vocational English teaching

高职高专英语教学的成功,很大程度上取决于教师在教学过程中所扮演的各种角色。建设一支创新型的教师队伍,是培养学生创新精神和实践能力的重要保证。教师的创新教学法对学生创新能力的培养十分重要。文章通过创新型教师作用的阐述,希望对提高高职高专英语教学质量有所帮助。

In vocational college,whether an English class is successful or not largely depends on teachers`roles played in the teaching-learning process. Building up teaching staff with innovative quality is the great standing policy which helps to develop student's creative spirit and practical ability. To make students creative,it is crucial for teacher to adopt innovative teaching methods.This paper tries to illustrate the roles of teacher having innovative quality,hoping to improve the quality of English teaching in vocational college.
