摘要
职业素养是指职业内在的规范和要求,包含职业道德、职业技能、职业行为、和职业意识等方面。正确认识中职德育课教学与中职生职业素养培育关系,是职业教育的本质内涵,更是德育课程强化的重点。中等职业学校的德育课程不能只是作为一门课程来讲,而是要通过通过课堂把德育的内容、思想和要求,真正融入学生头脑之中,并转化为现实的行为。在中职德育课教学中,应当通过改革课堂教学模式、强化行为习惯养成、改革传统评价方式、恪守教师职业规范等策略,促使中职生增强职业素养意识。
Professional qualities refer to the internal criterions and requirements in the vocation,including professional ethics, vocational skills,professional behaviors,occupational attitude,professional awareness and so on.What’s more,it is the essential connotation of the vocational education and the key point of the moral educational courses to correctly realize the relationship be-tween the moral educational teaching in the secondary vocational schools and the cultivation of the secondary vocational students’ professional qualities.The moral educational course in the secondary vocational school is not only a curriculum,but also a practi-cal action,which has been converted from students’integrations of the contents,thoughts and requirements in the whole moral educational course.Therefore,we should improve the secondary vocational students’professional qualities though some strategies in the moral educational teaching,such as reforming the teaching model,strengthening the cultivation of the behavior,changing the way of traditional evaluation,abiding by the teachers’professional ethical code.
