摘要
幼儿教师幸福感是指教师在幼儿教育的工作实践中发挥才能、实现职业理想、获得满足的一种身心愉快的体验。但是,目前幼儿教师幸福感正在流失。
The happiness of kindergarten teachersrefers to the teacher's pleasant experience of practicing talents,realizing career ideal and obtaining satisfaction in the practice of the children's education.However,at present kindergarten teacher's happiness is losing.
