小学教师法律素养的缺失及提升策略

2014年10月20日召开的十八届四中全会上,习近平主席提出"依法治国"的新精神,强调"依法治国"的重要性。在法治国家的大前提下,对身兼教书育人重任的教师们的法律素养提出了更高的要求。然而在现今社会中,某些教育工作者们,由于法律知识欠缺,法制观念模糊,在工作中出现了一些违法行为。因此,如何从法律角度出发分析违法教师行为背后的原因,并在此基础上提出解决策略,以期提升小学教师的法律素养尤为必要。

On October,20,2014,in the fourth plenary session of the eighteenth,chairman of Xi jinping put forwardthe spir-it of"governing the country according to law"for the first time and stress the importance of"governing the country according to law". Within the context of law country,the teachers who are assuming heavy responsibilities of imparting knowledge and edu-cating people are putforward higher requirements about their legal literacy. However,inmodern society,for the lack of legal knowledge and the fuzziness of legal concept ,some education workerscarry out some illegal behaviors at work. Therefore,this article,which by listing some primary school teachers of illegal behavior,analyzing reasons behind the violationand putting for-ward solving strategies,is mainly devoted to improve the legal quality of primary school teachers.
