Civil aviation translation under the guidance of project management——Based on an questionnaire targeted at civil aviation translators

随着中国民航业的迅猛发展,民航翻译市场不断繁荣,而其专业译员却难以满足市场需求。以民航翻译相关从业人员为研究对象的问卷调查探讨了这些人员在翻译过程中遭遇的瓶颈及其工作模式,进而挖掘了影响译员翻译工作质量与效率的因素。调查问卷的分析结果表明,以项目管理为指导理念的团队翻译工作模式,能够在保证翻译质量、优化工作时间、缓解心理压力和创造学习机会方面有效地改善民航译员的工作效度。

With the fast development of civil aviation industry in China, its translation market flourishes correspondently.However,specialized translators in civil aviation hardly meet the market demand.The thesis explores the elements impacting the work of civil aviation translators in light of translation bottlenecks and working model by means of questionnaire.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire,the thesis puts forward the idea that the working model for civil aviation translators under the guidance of project management can greatly enhance their work efficiency in terms of ensuring translation quality,optimizing working time,reducing mental stress,and creating chances for self-improvement.
