外语类院校“十三五”规划编制策略探析

十八届三中全会提出了深化教育领域综合改革的总体要求。近几年,我国高等教育正在逐步与国际高等教育开展对话与接轨,外语类院校改革发展进入一个全新时代,升级转型条件更加成熟。"十三五"时期,外语类院校应辩证认识内外环境,客观分析学校发展现状,主动适应国家外事外交战略新需求,着重在办学定位、学科升级、人才培养、智库建设、人文交流等方面,制定具有科学性、前瞻性的目标和具有可操作性、可考核性的措施,大力推进学校各项事业全面、协调发展,提升学校整体办学水平,更好地为经济社会发展提供人才和智力支持。
