Analysis of development strategies of Jiangsu vocational colleges based on SWOT model

江苏高等职业教育取得了快速发展,也面临一系列不容回避的发展难题,其中既有高职教育自身亟须改善的发展劣势,也有高职教育发展过程中外部环境带来的威胁。以江苏高职院校为研究对象,采用SWOT模型为分析工具,有针对性提出符合地区特点的高职院校可持续发展对策。

Jiangsu higher vocational education made rapid development,but it is also facing a series of unavoidable problems in development.Not only the development weaknesses of vocational education itself,but also the threat caused by the external environment.Taking Jiangsu Vocational College as the research object,using SWOT model as the analysis tool,the paper puts forward the sustainable development strategy of Higher Vocational Colleges in accordance with the regional characteristics.
