农村初中教师工作生活状况调查报告——以重庆市城口县庙坝初级中学为例

摘要 农村教师生活环境差,待遇低,职业发展前景渺茫,很多人不愿到条件艰苦的农村任教,制约了教育的均衡发展,也制约了全面小康社会的建成。文章以重庆市城口县庙坝中学为例,对农村初中教师工作生活状况进行比较全面的调研,指出了存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的对策及建议。 Because of poor living environment,low payment and without career development prospects,lots of people have no intention to teach in rural areas that not only restricts the balanced development of education,but also restricts the completion of a well-off society in an all-round way.This paper displays the comprehensive investigation of living and working condition of rural junior high school teachers based on Miaoba middle school in Chengkou County,Chongqing.
