德育是素质教育的灵魂,对高中生的健康成长起着关键作用,因此高中生思想道德的教育必是班主任工作的重中之重。教师通过分析高中生的特点和当前班主任德育工作存在的问题,有针对性的提出了高中班主任德育工作的方法和策略,旨在帮助班主任高效地开展班级德育工作,培育更加有思想有道德的社会主义接班人。

Moral education is the soul of quality education,which is critical to senior high students’growth mentally. There-fore,moral education of them should be a class teacher’s priority. The teacher analyzes senior high students’characteristics and some problems existing among the moral education,and accordingly provides appropriate methods and strategies about moral ed-ucation for class teachers,with the aim of helping class teachers conduct moral education in their classes and cultivating senior high students as successor of thinking and morals.
