试论如何推动高校职业指导工作的开展

Discussion on how to promote the development of the vocational guidance work in the college

就当前高校职业指导工作开展情况来看,主要存在以下几个方面的问题:职业指导内涵认识不清、职业指导内容缺乏系统性、职业指导形式单一、职业指导机构和队伍建设不完善。要改变这一现状,推动高校职业指导工作的开展,可从以下几个方面努力:深化认识,转变理念;完善指导内容,丰富指导形式;完善职业指导职能部门,建设专业化职业指导队伍。

At present,the following problems mainly exist in vocational guidance work in the colleges :the unclear understanding of the connotation of the vocational guidance,the lack of systemic content on the vocational guidance,the single guidance form,the imperfection of career guidance organization and team construction.To change this situation,to promote the development of the vocational guidance work in the college,the following efforts can be done:deepening understanding and changing ideas,improving guidance content and enriching guidance form,consummating the functional departments of the vocational guidance and constructing professional career guidance team.
