摘要
资助育人工作是高校学生工作的重要组成部分。在实践中,传统资助资源分配方式难以统筹多元渠道的资助资源。在资助育人中引入量化积分制,制定公正公开的评分标准,依靠信息化的技术支持全面表述学生家庭经济困难情况,有利于公平合理的分配助学资源,引导教育学生充分的利用资助资源,提升资助工作的效率和水平,更好地实现资助育人功能。
The work of subsidizing students is an important part of students affairs in the universities.In practice,the traditional allocation methods of funding resources can not produce effect.Quantization integra can show the family financial status of the students,also will be beneficial to allocating the subsidizing resources fair and reasonable.Quantization integra can guide the students to making rational use of funding resources and promote the efficiency and the management level of the students affairs.
