Analysis on the strategies for practical English teaching in independent colleges

三本院学生存在英语水平普遍不高、学生层级分化严重、学习需求各不相同等复杂问题,如何建立一套丰富、多层级、兼容并蓄的实用性教学模式,改革传统以"读"为主的教学模式,提高语言教学的生动性、实用性,提高学生语言应用能力,显得尤为迫切。

In independent colleges students do not have good mastery of English meanwhile they have different English learning levels and various needs of English learning.It is imperative for these colleges to set up apractical teaching model with differentiation of multi-levels and integration of multi-features by reforming the traditional teaching mode based on reading teaching into a new form of practical and vivid teaching,in order to improve students' language practical ability.
