The traditional Korean talent training mode in independent colleges thinks highly of the book theory and classroom teaching.However,it ignores the skills and technology application and extracurricular practice.As a result,the students have the basic language ability but lack of practical skills,which is difficult to gain the advantage in the employment market.If it wants to have private its own professional characteristics,colleges and universities should do a good job for the languages,skills,quality of the combination of comprehensive education,to improve the students' comprehensive competitiveness,and to meet the demand of the Korean people in the market.
