基于职业核心能力的高职旅游类专业教学改革

The teaching reform of toursim major based on vocational core abilities in higher vacational colleges

职业核心能力是适于各种职业及岗位变换并伴随人终身的可持续发展能力。目前高职教育过于关注专业技能忽略职业核心能力培养,导致学生可持续发展能力弱。文章通过分析职业核心能力内涵及高职旅游类专业人才职业核心能力培养现存问题,试图将相关理念渗入高职旅游类专业教学改革中,探索在教学组织、教学内容、教学方法等方面如何科学地融入职业核心能力培养,最终在提高专业教学有效性的同时也增强学生职业核心能力。

Vocational core abilities are about sustainable development along with people for life which are suitable for any profession and post transformation.The problem which professional skills are too focused on while students' vocational core abilities training is ignored at present weakens the students' sustainable development.Through analysis of the connotation of the vocational key skills and the problems of the vocational core abilities cultivation of higher vocational education in tourism major,the paper attempts to explore how to integrate the teaching organization,contents and methods with the cultivation conception of vocational core abilities scientifically to improve both the teaching effectiveness and students' vocational core abilities.
