In the important speech of teachers' day,President Xi Jinping pointed out that teachers should be'ideal and belief,moral character,solid knowledge and caring heart'.As higher education is an indispensable part of higher vocational education,in the country vigorously strengthens the new background of vocational education,the establishment of a branch with a team of teachers with'Four Haves'good teacher standards spanning higher vocational education is the key to development.
