江西原中央苏区农村学前教育现状调查与发展策略

Original survey and development strategies of pre-school education in rural areas of Central Soviet area in Jiangxi province

优先发展教育事业是国务院支持原中央苏区振兴发展的要求。江西原中央苏区农村学前教育发展尤为落后。通过抽样调查了解到,江西原中央苏区农村幼儿入园率还偏低、幼儿园覆盖面仍不足、村办园大多条件差、教育经费严重匮乏、农村幼儿园师资数量不足且专业素质亟待提高、农村幼儿园教育质量令人堪忧。发展江西原中央苏区农村学前教育需进一步强化各级政府的职能意识;在江西原中央苏区农村实行免费学前教育政策;努力扩大农村公共学前教育资源,建立以公办园为主体的学前教育公共服务体系;政府应真正承担起学前教育经费投入的主体责任;加强农村幼儿教师队伍建设,进一步提高农村幼儿园教育质量等。

Priority development of education is the state department supports the original requirements of the revitalization of Central Soviet area.Original development of pre-school education in rural areas of Central Soviet area in Jiangxi province is particularly poor.Learned through the sample,the former Central Soviet area in Jiangxi province rural rate of kindergarten,preschool coverage remains inadequate,village park are mostly poor,serious lack of funding for education,rural kindergarten teacher shortage and quality needs to be improved,the quality of kindergarten education in rural areas is worrying.Development of the former Central Soviet area in Jiangxi province rural pre-school education for further strengthening the function of government at all levels,the former Central Soviet area in Jiangxi rural free pre-school education policy,efforts to expand public preschool educational resources in rural areas,pre-school education in establishing public park as the main public service system,the government should really take up pre-school education investment main body responsibility,strengthening the construction of rural teachers and further improve the quality of kindergarten education in rural areas.
