李煜与佛教也有深厚的渊源,他身上具有鲜明的儒释道文化融合的痕迹,佛教的基本理论"四谛"说深刻影响了他的思想观念。李煜诗词作品体现出对苦难的体验与思考,也有对苦难根源的反思与对脱离苦难的追求,并且他努力践行着自己的修行方法,这恰恰暗合了"苦"、"集"、"灭"、"道"四谛。

LiYu's predestined relationship with Buddhism is very profound.The vivid trace about the cultural fusion of Confucianism,Taoism and Buddhism could be found from him,and the Four Noble Truths which is the basic theory of Buddhism influenced his thought deeply and reflecting in his creation.His poetry includes the experience and consideration of suffering,his thought about the origination and method about cessation of misery,moreover,he tried his own way to free himself,all of those are anastomotic the Four Noble Truths.
