立德树人作为教育的根本任务其重在铸魂。高等院校应将铸魂工程作为推进立德树人的首要工作与重要基础,着力从五个方面开展工作:一是要用共产主义信仰铸就学生的远大理想;二是要用社会主义核心价值观凝聚学生的精神力量;三是要用中国优秀传统文化涵养学生的人文底蕴;四是要用地域精神提升学生的精神追求;五是要用校园文化培育学生的精神追求。
