摘要 校外实训基地作为高校开展教学实践课程的平台,其实效性影响教师教学实践能力的培养。当前学生在校外实训中存在参与时间短、指导教师少、指导流于形式、校外实训制度不健全、高校与校外实训基地未形成合作文化等问题。应合理规划校外实训,提升校外实训指导质量,明确校外实训目标,确立健全校外实训制度,增强合作意识,以此提升校外实训基地的实效性。 Off-campus training base as a platform for teaching practice courses in colleges and universities,it affects the training of teachers' teaching practice ability.There are shortcomings,such as short participation time,few instructors,lack of guidance,lack of training system,and the lack of cooperative culture between colleges and outside training bases.Therefore,we should rationally plan the training outside school,create a multi-guide mode,to improve the quality of training outside the school guidance,clear training objectives,establish and improve the training system in order to enhance the effectiveness of training base outside the school.
