The class advisor's work is no longer just the student affairs manager,more time it's the guide of the student growth and the learning guides,shouldering the task of personnel training.The practices of class advisor's work were discussed in the sight of developing and designing various activities for students,according to the aim of talents training in local technology institute,example of GIT.
