学校社团工作模式研究与实践——以新疆林业学校13555模式为例

The research and practice on school community work model——As an example of 13555 model in Xinjiang Forestry School

社团工作是校园文化建设的重要组成部分。学校学生社团工作随着职业教育的推进而蓬勃发展,已经成为学校开展学生思想政治教育工作的一条重要渠道。目前,学校社团工作中普遍存在着不少问题。文章以新疆林业学校"13555"为模式例提出相应对策,将立德树人贯穿于社团工作全过程,在社团工作模式方面进行了有益的探索。

Association activity is an important part of campus culture building.The student association work flourished with the promotion of vocational education and has become an important channel for school to carry out ideological and political education.This paper analyzes the problems existing in student association work of the Xinjiang training school and puts forward the corresponding countermeasure with the example of '13555' model of Xinjiang Forestry School.Through the whole process of the association activity,the research has been made to carry on the beneficial exploration in the association work.
