摘要
随着社会的发展,时代的进步。信息技术的高速发展正在改变着我们的传统教学。自2011年以来,微课热潮兴起,微课在全国遍地开花,但是农村微课存在开发观念滞后,科学性不强,开发条件不完善,教师开发能力欠缺,应用度不够等问题。
With the development of society and the progress of times,The rapid development of information technology are changing our traditional teaching.Since 2011,with the upsurge of microlecture,microlecture sprung up all over the country,but there are some problems on rural microlecture,such as the lagging notion of development;the development is not scientific;imperfect condition of development;teachers' lack of development capability;application is not enough;and so on.With the present situation of rural areas put forward rational and effective countemeasures to solve above problems.
