摘要 观察记录提供了了解每个幼儿个性特征、动态发展的依据,是幼儿教师分析、解读幼儿,开展有效教学提高教师专业成长的重要前提。观察记录作为评价幼儿发展的重要方式早已成为国际学者关注的重点。但国内对于幼儿教师观察记录的研究尚处起步阶段,缺乏系统性和理论性,而在运用研究上更不具有系统性。 The observation records provided evidence for preschool teachers to understand each child personality characteristics and carry out effective teaching so as to improve teachers' professional development.Observation records as a way to evaluate the importance of early childhood development has become the concerns of the international scholars.But observation records research is in start level at home,the lack of systematic and theoretical,and less in applied research systemically.Based on previous research on preschool teachers observation records,the author try to offer some adjustment measures for further thinking.
