基于新课改视角对幼儿教师专业素养的研究

摘要 近30年来,我国进行了一系列幼儿园课程改革,幼儿园教育呈现出了新形势。新课改后,国家和社会对作为幼儿园教育重要组成部分的幼儿教师提出了越来越高的要求。作为一名合格的幼儿教师要树立科学的儿童观、教育观,建立完善的知识结构和能力结构,且拥有高尚的师德和素质。 For nearly 30 years,our country have conducted a series of kindergarten curriculum reform,kindergarten education presents the new situation in China.Under this situation,the state and the society had put forward higher requirements to preschool teachers who are an important part of the kindergarten education,.Nowadays,aqualified early childhood teachers,should set up the scientific views on children and establish the perfect knowledge structure and ability structure,even should have noble ethics and mental quality.
