浅谈个性化手段在大学生思政工作中的应用

大学生思政工作被我国高校一向重视。然而,目前各大高校开展这项工作主要还是以思政课的方式,这种方式存在的最大的问题就是实效性不强。高校应根据各自特点,采取个性化的教学手段,提升大学生思政工作效果。

The ideological and political work of college students has always been emphasized by universities in china.However,at present,the major colleges and universities to carry out this work,mainly in the ideological and political courses,the biggest problem is that this approach is not effective.Colleges and universities should adopt individualized teaching methods according to their own characteristics so as to improve their ideological and political work.
