高职院校青年教师信息化教学能力发展现状研究——以常州某高职院校为例

教师信息化能力提高是实现教育信息化的关键。为了提高教学质量,经过一系列调研可见,青年教师信息化教学态度呈良好态势,但是理论知识相对薄弱,信息化教学设计实践经验不足,接受培训后缺少继续操练实践而达不到培训目的。

The improvement of teachers' informatization ability is the key to realize the informatization of education.In order to improve teacher's siu,through a series of research,it shows the young teachers in vocational Institute show a good situation,but the theoretical knowledge of teaching is relatively weak,the experience of informatization teaching design is not enough,and the training practice is not carried out and the training aim is not achieved.
