基于农村市场需求的远程教育教学模式研究——以江西“一村一名大学生计划”为例

Research on distance education teaching model based on rural market demand——Take "one village,one college student plan" in Jiangxi as an example

目前,在我国现代农业发展和新农村建设进程中,培养一批以农村实际需求为导向,服务农业、扎根农村的实用性人才和创业创新型人才是当下急需解决的事。从江西"一村一"远程教育教学模式的经验中可发现远程教育教学模式需从加强品牌专业及精品深程建设、推动多元化教学方式融合、推进"学分银行"设立、改进教学模式四个方面进一步完善。

At present,in the process of the development of modern agriculture and new construction in our country,training a batch of practical talent and entrepreneurial innovtive talents is urgently need to solve,which guid by the rural actual demand,serve agricultare and take root in the countryside.From the experience of "one village one" distance education teaching mode,we can found that distance education teaching mode need to be further improved by strengthening the construction of brand specialty and quality courses,promoting the integration of diversified teaching methods,pronoting the establishment of "credit bank" and improving the teaching mode.
