摘要
在我国高等教育现阶段的发展模式中,许多高职学生的自我同一性问题都延期偿付至大学阶段进行探索。文章立足于高职学生身心成长和教育管理工作实践,从破除权威影响,增进人文关怀,塑造积极情感等维度入手,探寻解决高职学生的自我同一性问题和促进高职学生全面发展的实践路径。
In the current development model of the higher education,many Vocational College Students' self-identity problems are deferred to the university stage to explore.Based on the physical and mental growth of t the Vocational College Students and education management practice,this study explores the practical path to solve the problem of self-identity of the Vocational College Students and to promote the Vocational College Students in an All-around Way from breaking the influence of authority,enhancing humanistic care,shaping the positive emotion and other dimensions.
