摘要
数学学科教师兼任班主任工作有其自身的特殊资源与工作模式,其工作效率和职业发展前景是值得人们研究与深思的一个课题,新时期数学学科教师如何综合利用自身优势实现数学教学与德育工作的双赢,应从班主任有效工作模式出发,以哲学思想观、系统方法观以及技术整合观等三个层面构建数学智育与德育的双重化育过程。
Mathematics teachers who hold class adviser post in charge work have their own special resources and working mode,the work efficiency and career development prospects are a topic worthy of studying and thinking.How to use the advantages of mathematics teaching in the new period to realize the win-win situation of mathematics teaching and moral education?This paper intends to analyze the philosophical thoughts,system method view and technology integration view of the effective work modes of class advisers.
