川东北地区中学阳光体育开展调查研究

Research on investigation on sunshine sports in middle schools of northeast Sichuan

当下青少年学生体质问题凸显,引起了社会的广泛关注,学校体育工作者需重新审视阳光体育活动的开展。教师以实地调研、逻辑分析以及数理统计等方法,对川东北地区中学阳光体育开展从了解情况及参与动机、开展时间及内容、场地与器材情况、组织与管理等方面进行调查,并针对影响川东北地区中学阳光体育活动的因素,提出加强管理层及其他教师的重视、加强宣传以转变思想、实施以学生为中心的阳光体育、改进阳光体育场地器材等方面的策略,最终促进川东北地区中学阳光体育活动的可持续发展。

At present,the physique problem of young students has aroused the attention of the society,School sports workers need to re-examine the sunshine sports activities.By on-the-spot investigation,logical analysis and other methods,the local high school sports from the sun:to understand the situation and carry out the motivation,content,time and site equipment were investigated,and the influence factors,put forward to strengthen the attention of teachers,strengthening the propaganda to change ideas,to the students as the center,improve equipment and other aspects of the strategy.Finally promote its sustainable development.
