基于STEM教育理念的小学科学教师专业能力需求探析——以“物质科学领域”的教学为例 被引量:19

摘要 当前STEM教育以有助于培养具有创新思维和善于解决实际问题等能力的高素质人力资源而备受世界各国关注,STEM理念与小学科学课程的融合也成为我国基础教育领域改革的热点。2017年2月,教育部颁布《全日制义务教育小学科学课程标准》,在课程内容上增设了技术与工程领域,对小学科学教师提出了新的专业能力需求,即应当具备良好的跨学科知识整合能力、信息化教学能力、创新思维能力、工程与技术实践能力、科学教育教研能力和终身学习能力。这对教师专业能力提出新要求。 At present,the stem education draws more and more attention in the world for it is conductive to talents training who has creative thinking and ability to solve practical problem.The research on fusion stem philosophy with primary school science course becomes a hot topic in the area of basic education reforms in our country.In February 2017,The Education Department issued《The Science Curriculum of Primary School for Full-time compulsory Education》,which added the content of technical and engineering fields,and it makes new professional ability demands to primary school science teacher,such as good interdisciplinary knowledge integration ability,informational teaching ability,innovative thinking ability,practical ability of engineering and technology,teaching and research ability in science education,and life-long learning ability.This is a new requirement for teacher's professional competence.
