摘要 创新高校育人模式,以"全程导学制"建设带动其他教育管理机制建设是新时代高校人才培养面临的主要课题。北京理工大学珠海学院计算机学院主动适应高校教育教学模式的变化,在本科生教育中进行"全程导学制"育人机制的实践与探索,该模式使学生的专业能力、创新创业能力、社会适应性等得到了发展和提高。 'Academic Guidance'as a new pattern of education in college could promote the construction of other education management mechanism. It is also the main task of talent cultivation in the new age. ZHBIT Computer college carried out the system of the educational mechanism which called 'Academic Guidance'. Management of ZHBIT Computer college builds 'Academic Guidance'in research and contest teams,and this practice and exploration of students’ professional skills produces a good effect. The explorations and practices of 'Academic Guidance'showed that,the model developed the students’ abilities of profession,entrepreneurship,innovation and serving.
