农村幼儿园保育工作存在的问题及改进策略

幼儿保育工作是幼儿教育重要组成部分,但是农村幼儿园保育工作存在保育工作重视不够、保育质量不高、保育队伍不稳定、保教分离等问题。要解决这些问题必须重视保育员实际地位,优化对其管理工作;提高保育质量,完善保育员修养行为;积累保育智慧,稳定保育队伍。

Child care work is an important part of early childhood education. But there are some problems in rural kindergartens. Such as insufficient attention to conservation work,low quality of conservation,unstable conservation team,separation of conservation and education,etc. The author thinks that these problems should be solved through several ways,such as paying attention to the actual status of child care workers and optimizing their management;improve the quality of conservation,improve the cultivation of childcare workers;accumulate conservation wisdom and stabilize conservation team.
