对于小学生来说,体育课拥有着独特的魅力,它能让学生体会到多种乐趣,然而因学生的差异,教学组织管理要求就更高了。当前小学体育课堂上出现了对课堂常规强调不够、讲解示范与练习时间分配不合理、过度约束与过度自主造成的课堂失调、整理放松环节的思想麻痹等组织与管理问题,需要一线小学体育教师在教学实践中不断改进教学与组织方法,提高教学实效性,提高教学水准。

For primary school students,physical education class has its unique charm,which enables students to experience various kinds of fun. However,due to the differences among students,the management requirements of teaching organization are higher. The current primary school physical education class in the emphasis on classroom routine is not enough,the interpretation of the demonstration and practice time distribution is not reasonable,excessive constraint with class imbalance caused by excessive autonomy,sorting relax link of organization and management problems such as ideological paralysis,this requires a gleam of elementary school physical education teachers in the teaching practice to constantly improve teaching and organization methods,improve teaching efficiency and improve the teaching level.
