摘要
素质教育理念与当前教育环境不符,教师评价机制不完善,家长学业观念不正确等原因造成局地中小学生课业负担过重。因此,从校内与校外、教师与家长、作业结构与质量等方面进行综合化治理,可以实现课业"减负"。
The concept of quality education is not in conformity with the current situation,the teachers’ evaluation mechanism is waiting to be improved and the academic ideas of parents are incorrect,which result in the overburden laid on primary and middle school students. Accordingly,comprehensive management,from both inside and outside school,teachers and parents,homework structure and quality,and so on,should be done to alleviate the burdens on students.
