从供给侧结构性改革的视角考察当前高校学生管理工作,学生管理工作存在一些问题。结舍供给侧改革的理念和思路可使管理真正服务于学生的发展,促进学生管理工作的顺利开展;从顶层设计、队伍建设、创新模式与方法等方面创新高校学生工作方式方法,促进新时代高校学生工作精准、高效。

From the perspective of supply-side structural reform,we should examine the current management work of college students,find out the main problems of student management work. We should combine the concept and ideas of the supply side reform and make management truly serve the development of students to promote the smooth development of student management,and innovate the methods and methods of college students from the aspects of top-level design,team building,innovation mode and method,and to promote the accurate and efficient work of college students in the new era.
