摘要
教师资格认定改革背景下,通过对不同层次学校的教师教学现状调查发现,社会对多科型小学教师有强烈需求。但不同层次学校的一线教师在多学科教学任务上,对专业知识和专业技能诉求有所不同。多科型小学教师的培养,需要高师院校、政府和社会通力合作,才能更好地顺利落实。
Under the background of the reform of teacher qualification accreditation,and through the investigation of the status of teaching in schools at different levels,it is found that multi-subject primary school teachers have strong social needs,and front-line teachers of schools at different levels have different demands for professional knowledge and skills in multi-subject teaching tasks.At the same time,only through the cooperation among normal universities,the government and the society can the training of multi-subject primary school teachers be carried out smoothly.
