摘要
近年来,在建设教育强国的目标下,随着国家对心理健康教育的重视,中小学心理教师队伍的建设取得了一定的成绩,但喀什地区由于地处偏远的西部边陲,其宗教问题、社会不稳定因素及经济发展的副作用影响了中小学心理教师队伍的稳定和发展。因此,新时代加强喀什地区中小学心理教师队伍的建设,需要立足于喀什地区的现实,从政府等相关部门、学校以及心理教师个体等三方面多措并举,努力建设一支适合新时代要求的中小学心理教师队伍。
In recent years,under the goal of building apowerful educational country,with the national attention to mental health education,the construction of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools has made certain achievements.However,because the kashga area is located in the remote western border,its religious problems,social instability factors and side effects of economic development have affected the stability and development of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools,therefore,in order to strengthen the construction of psychological teachers in primary and secondary schools in kashga area in the new era,We need to base on the reality of Kashgar,and we should simultaneously take measures from three aspects,such as the government and other relevant departments,schools and individual psychological teachers,strive to build a new age to meet the requirements of primary and secondary school psychological teachers.
