摘要
在当今大数据时代背景下,具有"跨界"特点的与社会生产关系密切的高职教育,应顺应社会信息化的发展,充分利用大数据技术,解决长期困扰高职教师专业发展的难题,转变高职教师的教育理念,为高职教师专业发展提供服务,努力构建新时代下符合学校自身特点的教师专业发展体系。
In the context of today’s big data era,higher vocational education has 'cross-border' characteristics and close relationship with social production,which should conform to the development of social informatization,make full use of big data technology to solve the problems that have long plagued the professional development of higher vocational teachers,and to transform their educational philosophy.From the organizational structure of service teachers’ professional development,the theoretical learning and practice modules for developing teachers’ professional knowledge and ability,the incentive mechanism module for developing teachers’ professional affection,and the scientific research module for developing teachers’ professional self,we strive to build a professional development system for teachers in line with the characteristics of the school in the new era.
