目标管理视域下的高职思政课教学方法创新研究

Innovative research on teaching methods of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of target management

教学是一项管理活动,运用管理学的相关原理和方法,提高课堂教学效果是一个有价值的探索。高职思想政治教学目前停留在单向度的授听维度,学生听课积极性不高,学习效果不佳。运用管理学中的目标管理理论,通过教学目标的制定、分解、实施、评估四个步骤,把项目化教学与课堂实践教学相结合,全面创新高职院校思想政治教学的理念与方法。

Teaching is a management activity,how to use the relevant principles and methods of management to improve the effect of classroom teaching is a valuable exploration.At present,the ideological and political teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges stays in the one-dimensional dimension of teaching,students’ enthusiasm is not high,and the learning effect is not good.Using the theory of management by objectives,through the four steps of setting,decomposing,implementing and evaluating the teaching objectives,the project-based teaching is combined with classroom practice teaching,and the ideas and methods of Ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges are innovated in an all-round way.
