On the applicability of feminist translation strategies from the linguistic level

由于受父权的压迫,女性长期丧失话语权处于劣势地位;而在语言学中,新学科翻译也一直处于劣势地位。女性主义将其理论植入翻译,旨在关注女性本身,为女性发出自己的声音。女性主义译者在语言层面上利用改写、挪用等策略来重塑自身,由此可以证实女性主义翻译策略的适用性。

Owing to the oppression given by the patriarchy,women have lost their discourse right and have been in an inferior status for a long time.While in linguistics,translation,as a new discipline,has the same status as women.The feminism has implanted its theory into the translation,aiming to put emphasis on themselves and to speak for themselves.The feminist translators make use of some strategies such as rewriting and hijacking etc.from the linguistic level to reinvent themselves,which has proved the applicability of feminist translation strategies.
