海南省市县级教师培训机构现状调查及发展策略研究

市县教师培训机构自身的发展决定着当地教师专业发展的水平。海南省市县级教师机构近年来发展较快,主要表现在机构整合效果明显、培训模式与培训机制不断创新、培训质量显著提升、人员队伍素质明显提高、示范性培训机构雏形显现。同时也凸显出较多问题:定位不够明确、发展被边缘化,硬件建设不够完善,人员队伍结构不合理,机构建设经费短缺,机构文化缺失。根据现状和问题,海南省市县级教师培训机构发展应关注几点:明确定位,突出地位,凸显特色;以评促建,加大国家级示范性县级教师培训机构建设力度;建立市县教师培训机构行业组织及教师培训专业标准体系;利用高校资源促进机构提升;加大财政投入,灵活管理机制;构建学习型机构文化。
