海南省市县级教师培训机构现状调查及发展策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 市县教师培训机构自身的发展决定着当地教师专业发展的水平。海南省市县级教师机构近年来发展较快,主要表现在机构整合效果明显、培训模式与培训机制不断创新、培训质量显著提升、人员队伍素质明显提高、示范性培训机构雏形显现。同时也凸显出较多问题:定位不够明确、发展被边缘化,硬件建设不够完善,人员队伍结构不合理,机构建设经费短缺,机构文化缺失。根据现状和问题,海南省市县级教师培训机构发展应关注几点:明确定位,突出地位,凸显特色;以评促建,加大国家级示范性县级教师培训机构建设力度;建立市县教师培训机构行业组织及教师培训专业标准体系;利用高校资源促进机构提升;加大财政投入,灵活管理机制;构建学习型机构文化。 The development of municipal and county teacher training institutions determines the level of the professional development of local teacher.In recent years,the development of municipal and county teacher institutions in Hainan province has developed rapidly,which is mainly reflected in the obvious effect of institution integration,continuous innovation of training mode and mechanism,significant improvement of training quality,significant improvement of personnel quality and emergence of prototype training institutions.At the same time,many problems have been highlighted:unclear positioning,marginalized development,imperfect hardware construction,unreasonable personnel structure,shortage of funds for institutional construction and the lack of organizational culture.According to the current situation and problems,the development of municipal and county teacher training institutions in Hainan province should pay attention to the following aspects:clear positioning,prominent position,prominent characteristics;To promote the construction by evaluation,and strengthen the construction of national demonstrative county-level teacher training institutions;To establish the professional standard system of municipal and county teacher training institutions and the system of teacher training professional standards;Using university resources to promote the improvement of institutions;Increase financial input and flexible management mechanism;build a learning organization culture.
