高中生假期使用手机现状及其对策研究——以临沂市高中学校为例

A study on the current status and countermeasures of the use or smart phones among hing school students during holidays ——Based on the Investigation of some high schools in Linyi City

临沂市高中生假期使用手机调查研究表明,高中生假期玩手机已成为普遍现象,而且他们主要用于娱乐为主,并存在使用时间过长、严重影响身心健康、导致学习下降、正常社会交往的弊病。原因在于高中生自身的自控力较差、手机自身的优点和父母的管教不严所致。要教育高中生摆脱手机的掌控,需要学校、父母和高中生三方努力。

The investigation of linyi high school students’mobile phone use shows that it has become a common phenomenon for high school students to use mobile phones during their holidays.Besides,they are mainly used for entertainment and have played for too long,which seriously affects their physical and mental health,leads to a decline in learning and can not engage in normal social activities.The reasons are their poor self-control,the advantages of mobile phones and their parents’lax discipline.To get the high school students out of their mobile phones,it takes a three-way effort from the school,their parents and the high school students.To achieve this goal,we need to make a joint management mechanism.
