培养堪当民族复兴大任的时代新人是新时代高等教育的核心使命,如何牢牢把握师范院校意识形态工作领导权尤为重要。豫章师范学院创造性提出"党团+成长共同体"概念,赋值予"公转与自转"来诠释其与意识形态工作的关系,并归纳总结出以"四新归一心"为主要特征的"党团+成长共同体"育人模式,寓意坚定信仰,人心归一,旨在推进师范院校实现"四个回归",为全面贯彻落实党的十九大精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想进教材、进课堂、进头脑,提供了一定的理论视角。
