摘要
大五人格模型整合了大量的人格特质变量,将人格结构分为神经质、开放性、友善性、外向性和严谨性五个维度,形成一般的人格特质理论,得到了普遍认同。大五人格的部分维度和创业意向及创业目标意向维度显著相关;创业自我效能感与大五人格、创业意向显著相关,并在友善性与创业目标意向、外向性与创业意向关系中有部分中介作用,在严谨性和创业意向、开放性和创业目标意向关系中有完全中介作用。因此,高校可以通过培养学生的人格特质,激发学生的创业自我效能感,进而促进学生创业意向的形成。
The Big Five personality model integrates a large number of personality trait variables,and divides the personality structure into five dimensions:neuroticism,openness to experience,agreeableness,extraversion and conscientiousness,forming a general personality trait theory,which is generally recognized.Some dimensions of the Big Five personality are significantly correlated with entrepreneurial intention and entrepreneurial goal intention dimension.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy(ESE)is significantly related to the Big Five personality and entrepreneurial intention.ESE partially mediates the relationship between extroversion and entrepreneurial intention,agreeableness and entrepreneurial goal intention.ESE completely mediates the relation between openness to experience and entrepreneurial goal intention,conscientiousness and entrepreneurial intention.Therefore,colleges and universities can stimulate students’ESE by cultivating their personality traits,and thus promote the formation of entrepreneurial intentions.
